Lady X Subsistence – Unlock all other playable characters.
Lady X Substance – Unlock all other playable characters.
Mistress – Win the singles title by defeating Miss Spencer.
Noble Rose – Defeat Evil Rose ten times as Reiko Hinomoto.
Rowdy Reiko – Win the singles title by defeating Reiko Hinomoto.
Sista A – Win the singles title by defeating Aisha.

Non Non the bear – Highlight Black Belt Demon at the Exhibition mode character selection screen, then hold LT and press A.
Sebastian the clown – Highlight Mistress at the Exhibition mode character selection screen, then hold LT and press A.Photo Shoot mode:To unlock Photo Shoot mode, purchase the camera for 8,000 at the shop.Sound Test option in Locker Room:To unlock the “Sound Test” option in the Locker Room, purchase the audio set for 9,000 at the shop.Swimsuits:To unlock a characters swimsuit for purchase at the shop, play as any character in their unique swimsuit Skyscraper, Red Valley, Arena, Street, and Island Resort stages.Maid costumes:To unlock the Maid costume for purchase at the shop, have each character go to Photot Shoot mode in the Locker Room.Alter egos:To unlock a character’s alter ego, first win the championship with any character. Then, defeat the character that won the championship with another character. You will then participate in a reward match against the character that you defeated. Win the reward match and you will unlock their alter ego.There are three alter egos that can only be unlocked in matches. To unlock Becky’s alter ego, defeat Candy Cane ten times with Miss Spencer. To unlock Noble Rose’s alter ego, defeat Evil Rose ten times with Reiko Hinomoto. To unlock Yasha’s alter ego, defeat Benikage ten times with Anesthesia.Lady X and Lady X Subsistence:After seven different characters have held the championship belt, two Reward matches will appear in the arena. To unlock Lady X and Lady X Subsistence, perform the corresponding tasks:Lady X: Defeat Lady X in the Reward Match to unlock Lady X for purchase in the shop for 20,000 under “Others”.Lady X Subsistence: Defeat the tag team of Lady X and Dr. Anesthesia in a Handicapped match to unlock Lady X Subsistence for purchase in the shop for 30,000 under “Others”.Eva’s Gear costume:To unlock Eva’s Gear costume from Metal Gear Solid 3, win the belt and defend the belt five times.Nyami’s costume:To unlock Nyami’s costume from Pop’n Music for Aisha, win the Tag Team belts with Rodeo Drive and defend it five times.Title matches:To get a title match in single-player mode, win fifteen single matches without losing, have 100% popularity, and defeat the other nine characters.
