How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The following codes are entered while the game is paused and stay active until the console is restarted or a new game is loaded.

| Iron Man | Collect the four homing beacons in each act to recover a piece of his armour, then rescue him in Act 5. |
Completion bonuses: Completing the game unlocks the hard difficulty with enemies at level 50, and lets you start a new game with your characters at their current experience level.
Alternate costumes: Completing Act 1 unlocks the Snow Iceman, Brown and Gold Wolverine, Original Cyclops, 70s Cyclops, Original Jean, 70s Jean, 70s Nightcrawler, 70s Colossus and 70s Storm costumes. Completing Act 2 unlocks the Age of Apocalypse and Original Scarlet Witch costumes.
