How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The Witcher 2 on Xbox 360 has no cheat codes at all.
Everything worth knowing is below: the sixteen endings, a Dark mode exploit and a few hidden secrets.: The endings are really sixteen world states built from four decisions
Sixteen endings: whether Aryan lives or dies in the Prologue, whether you side with Iorveth or Roche at the end of Chapter 1, whether Stennis or Henselt survives in Chapter 2 (Stennis on Iorveth's path, Henselt on Roche's), and whether you rescue Triss in Chapter 3 or go after Philippa or Anais instead.
Dark mode exploit: Dark mode gear and diagrams can be carried into a normal playthrough. Put the outfits and any diagrams into storage before switching difficulty and they stay in your inventory. Buy the diagrams first though, because they vanish from shops once you leave Dark difficulty. It will not help with the Madman achievement, but it makes an easier run trivial.
Assassin's Creed easter egg: During the Prologue you can find a body in white robes slumped in a haystack, and Geralt makes a dry remark about it. A clear nod to the assassins.
Fast travel on foot: Put points into the warrior skill that extends dodge distance, then roll everywhere. Geralt rolls faster than he runs, so chaining rolls across open ground saves real time. Sheathe your sword near guards or they will turn hostile.
