How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Vampire Survivors has a full cheat system on Xbox in the form of Spells: secret codes typed into the Cast Spell box in the Secrets menu. They unlock characters, stages, Arcanas and a few joke bonuses without earning them the long way.
Unlock the Secrets menu: defeat the giant Bone Orb in The Bone Zone (it appears roughly 25 minutes into a run) to earn the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane relic, then Secrets appears on the title screen. A documented shortcut is to open the Collection screen and click the pink question mark entries at the bottom seven times until the game tells you that you are not a magician.
Cast a spell: choose Cast Spell inside Secrets and type a code on the on-screen keyboard. Press each key within about 30 seconds of the last or the entry resets, and a chime confirms success.
PC-only codes: the famous main menu keyboard cheats such as the Konami Code for Mortaccio and typing spam for Smith IV need a physical keyboard, so plug in a USB keyboard on Xbox or simply use the equivalent Spells below instead.

Worth knowing: Spells never disable achievements, so they are a legitimate way to catch up on unlocks or refill your collection after a save wipe.
