How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.
Total Club Manager 2004 has no traditional cheat codes on Xbox, but there is a useful glitch for signing any player and a hidden debug menu.
Get any player: Enter the Lineup menu and select a player to sell. Put him into the reserves by pressing B and selecting Move To Reserves. Then press R to enter the Comparisons screen, select the player you want to put into reserves, press B and choose the player you want to buy. Press X to swap. When the swapping screen appears with the clock, get their football to go past the 0 in the middle, then move your football on top of theirs. You will now swap players and the other club will have to pay you.
Debug menu: Click the right thumb-stick at the home screen and a debug menu should appear.
