How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Thief: Deadly Shadows has no cheat codes on Xbox. Below are the shop and fence locations that are easy to miss, plus a few money and combat tricks.

Easy money: Pickpocketed purses list at 25 g but actually sell for 50 g, which only works once per night. Collect as many purses as you can in one night, then fence them.
Item limits: On Normal difficulty Garrett can carry 30 broadhead arrows, 25 water arrows, 20 moss arrows, 15 fire arrows, 5 gas arrows, 5 noisemakers, 20 flash bombs, 10 health potions, 5 mines, 5 gas bombs and 5 oil flasks. Anything picked up over the cap is lost.
Undead trick: When several undead or Hammer Haunts block a floor, throw holy water into a doorway and lure them across it. They damage themselves chasing you, which stretches your holy water supply.
Fort Ironwood glitch: The graveyard side mission can be done for both factions. After the Clocktower mission, moss the Pagan cornerstone behind Fort Ironwood, then check the sewer tunnel under Ramien's archway in the Old Quarter. If the glitch works the shaman is gone but his wand floats in mid-air, free to grab.
