How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The Sims 4 on Xbox One uses the same cheat console as the PC version, opened with the controller. Nearly all of the classic cheats work, but turning cheats on disables achievements for that save until you reload it clean.
Open the console: In Live mode hold LB, LT, RB and RT together and a thin text box appears at the top of the screen.
Enable testing cheats: Type testingcheats true (testingcheats on also works) before anything else, since most of the powerful cheats need it. Type testingcheats off when you are finished.
The console shift click: To reach the debug menus that PC players get by shift clicking, hold B and press A on a Sim, an object or the ground for options like Reset Object, Make Happy and Teleport Sim.
