Super Contra Xbox 360 Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.
The Xbox Live Arcade version of Super Contra has one real code, entered on the main menu.
Unlimited lives and Super Machinegun: On the main menu select Arcade Game, then enter Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A using the D-Pad. If it works the game starts straight away instead of backing out to the menu; you begin with five lives that never decrease and a permanent Super Machinegun. Using the code disables all Achievements and Xbox Live leaderboard uploads until you quit via the pause menu.
