How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The Suffering on Xbox has no button or password cheats. The extras below are all earned through play.
| Unlockable | How to unlock |
|---|---|
| New Beginning | Beat the game once to unlock a new opening sequence on your next playthrough. |
| Torque's Archives | Make bad decisions, killing characters or leaving them to die, then beat the game. |
| Developer commentary | After beating the game once, start a new game and jump on the crow that lands during the prelude. |
Three endings: The ending depends on your morality. Rescue and help NPCs for the good ending, kill them for the evil ending, or mix both for the neutral ending, each with its own final scene.
Monster forms: Torque's rage creature changes appearance and attacks based on how you have played, so good and evil runs play differently in combat as well as in the story.
