How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Streets of Rage 4 has no cheat codes on Xbox. Everything unlockable is earned through lifetime points, story progress or the Mr. X Nightmare DLC, and the full requirements are listed below.

Lifetime points: every mode feeds one lifetime score, so arcade runs, survival attempts and replays all count. Avoid the stage assists if you want it to climb quickly, because they cut your completion bonus.
Retro levels: hidden 16-bit stages are tucked behind arcade cabinets. Hit a cabinet while holding a taser and you will be pulled inside for a retro boss fight. Mr.
X Nightmare: the DLC adds Survival mode plus Shiva, Estel, Max and Roo as playable characters earned through Survival progression.
