State of Emergency Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Enter the following button codes during gameplay in State of Emergency. If a code does not register, pause the game first and try again. L and R are the left and right triggers.

| Unlock Spanky (Kaos mode) | Right, Right, Right, Right, Y Use a head as a weapon: enable the decapitating punches code, then punch and kill a pedestrian. You can pick up the head and swing it like a club. |
