How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Splinter Cell has no traditional button cheats, but every keypad-locked door can be opened with the codes below, sparing you the hunt for each data stick. There is also a profile name that unlocks the whole game.
Level select: Create a new profile named !LAMAUDITE! to unlock every mission.

Thermal trick: In Chinese Embassy Part 2 you can read a keypad's code with thermal goggles. Recently pressed buttons stay warm; read them in order from coolest (deep blue) to hottest (red).
Secret training room: At the start of the training level, wall jump up the ledge to your left and enter 5656 on the keypad to reach a hidden room where you can talk to Anna Grimsdottir. Do not attack her, or you will be fired.
CIA HQ note: The 0614 keypad only matters if Dougherty reaches the door before you do.
