How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

All cheats in Splashdown are entered as case-sensitive passwords on the Cheat Name screen. To reach it, choose Options at the main menu, then hold R and quickly press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, B, X, B. Enter a password, then back out to the Options screen to activate it.
All characters: Enter AllChar. This also unlocks Steve.
All courses: Enter Passport. This also unlocks Steve and the Bermuda Triangle.
All ending FMV sequences: Enter Festival.
All wetsuits: Enter LaPinata.
Cannot be knocked off: Enter TopBird. The CPU can no longer knock you off your Sea-Doo, but you can still knock them off.
Expert AI: Enter AllOutAI. The AI runs the best possible race on every course. This is already the default on the hard difficulty.
Hard tracks with normal AI: Enter Hobble.
Maximum performance meter: Enter PMeterGo. Missing a buoy stalls you while this code is active.
Race an F-18 in Time Trials: Enter F18.
Race a UFO in Time Trials: Enter IBelieve.
Race a ghost of the selected rider: Enter SEADOO. This is the game's default behaviour.
Ending bonus: Complete the game on the hard difficulty to unlock Steve as a playable character and the Bermuda Triangle course.
Hidden track: Collect 100 balloons in Countdown mode.
