How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Silent Scope Complete has no button codes; every extra is unlocked by clearing the games and their EX missions.
| Unlockable | How to unlock |

| Bonus options | Complete each individual Silent Scope game to unlock bonus options for it, such as Additional Health. |
| Continuous Mission mode | Complete all Silent Scope EX missions to play every mission back to back on a single life. |
| Professional mode | Complete all Silent Scope EX missions to remove the crosshairs that reveal enemy positions. |
| Alternate ending | Complete Continuous Mission mode for an extra ending scene between the Prince of Rose and the Phantom. |
Helicopter kill: During the EX missions, when the afro-haired man attacks you from a helicopter, wait until it flies off and turns around, then shoot the teddy bear painted on the fuselage instead of trying to hit the shooter.
Easier shots: Go to Settings, then Scope Setting/Size, and set the scope size to 100 to make targets slightly easier to hit.
