How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

All created officer attire: create a basic officer, then complete the Yellow Turban campaign on any difficulty setting.
Level 4 weapons: raise a weapon type to its maximum level, then defeat 500 enemies to unlock the level 4 version for that character. Each weapon type unlocks separately, so swords unlock level 4 swords. Alternatively, in Empire mode defeat a stage's main boss in under four minutes to receive a level 4 weapon at the end of the stage.: defeat 1,000 enemies in a single stage on any difficulty to unlock the ability to equip an officer with six items. Easy 1,000 KOs
Six items per officer: on the stage where you rescue the Emperor, kill Li Jue, then stand directly in front of the nearby enemy gate and leave its Gate Captain alive so troops keep pouring out. Kill the endless reinforcements until you reach 1,000 KOs, then complete the stage.
