How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Second Sight on Xbox has no traditional button codes, but it hides two playable retro mini-games inside its levels, plus a few useful tricks.
Earth Impact mini-game: In the Reliance level, enter the games room through the vents and take out the guard playing on one of the arcade machines, then use that machine. Once unlocked you can replay it any time from the Applications sub-menu on the pause screen.
X-Space '92 mini-game: In the Madness level, find the computer disk on a shelf in the storage room just before the third checkpoint; the room has a single entrance watched by a camera and a guard, so use Telekinesis to pull the disk to you, then use it on any computer in the level. It is also added to the pause screen's Applications sub-menu.
Skip the training: At the start of the Preparation level, turn left at the orange marker before the course and follow that path to a door that skips the training process.: After beating Preparation, pick it again under Select Level and choose the Diligence
Extra challenge: Starke's Extra Challenge start point.
Possess guards: On the Madness and Conspiracy levels use Projection to open doors and flick switches. Get close to a guard until he flashes blue, then press A to possess him and use his body to wipe out the rest while your psyche energy lasts.
