Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Saw II: Flesh and Blood on Xbox 360 has one genuine button code plus a handful of secret achievements tied to the console clock and the credits. Everything else is earned by finding collectibles or beating the minigames.
Konami code: At the Press Start screen press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start using the D-Pad to unlock the Old School achievement.
It Must Be SAW: Set the Xbox 360 system date to 31 October 2010, then start the game to unlock the achievement.
You Wasted Your Life: Set the Xbox 360 system date to 25 December, then start the game to unlock the achievement.
Brought To You By: Select Credits from the main menu and watch them to the very end without skipping; finishing the game and watching the credits afterwards also works.
Bonus video: Collect every puzzle piece, audio tape, case file and Billy puppet to unlock a bonus video featuring an E3 interview about the game.
