How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Robin Hood Defender of the Crown has no button cheat codes on Xbox. The closest thing to a cheat is the set of four legendary items hidden in the campaign.
Legendary items: Take over a lord's castle personally by leading the assault yourself, rather than ordering your army to do it, and you will receive one of four random legendary items. Because the reward is random you may need to storm several castles to get the item you want.

| Lance | Improves your chances of winning a joust. |
| Disease | Adds a disease option to sieges that slows the defenders. |
