How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Rallisport Challenge 2 has one name-entry code plus a couple of unlockables and online tricks.
All cars and tracks: Enter oxm as your driver name to unlock every car and track.
All skins: Play the game for a cumulative 30 hours to unlock every skin for every car.
Cross-class cars online: As the host, start a lobby with the game type you want to race, open the game settings and select the car class you want to use, press B to return to the lobby, then pick a car from that class on the selection screen. Hill Climb cars in a Rally race are much faster than the regular field.
Horn: Click the right thumbstick to honk. It is quiet, but it works.
