How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Rainbow Six 3 has two in-game button codes on Xbox, entered while playing. A confirmation message appears when the code registers.

God mode: The code only protects Ding Chavez, not your team or hostages, and entering it again switches it off. Turn it off before a mission ends, otherwise the game will not let you progress to the next level.
Laser trails: With this cheat active, Rainbow weapons fire red laser trails and enemy weapons fire blue laser trails.
Credits level: At the main menu click Left Analog-stick twice, click Right Analog-stick twice, then press X, Y, B, A, B, A to view a hidden credits level.
Old City and Import-Export in Team Survival: When hosting online, choose Create Match, set the game type to Mission, highlight Old City or Import-Export and back out with B, then press Up to accept. Change the game type to Team Survival, pick the same map again and start the match. Give one team a head start, as everyone spawns in the same spot.
Voice commands: The headset accepts alternate phrasing such as Need backup or Cover me for cover, Defuse bomb, Demo up, Defuse or Bingo for charges, Secure the hostage, Secure or Cuff him for hostages, and Abort to cancel the previous order.
