The Orange Box Xbox 360 Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The codes below are entered during gameplay in the Half-Life 2 episodes and Portal on The Orange Box for Xbox 360. Enabling codes prevents achievements from being earned, so save first. Team Fortress 2 has no cheat codes. Half-Life 2 and its two Episodes use the following button codes, entered during play.
