How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

NHL 2K6 has a single master cheat that unlocks everything, plus a couple of handy tricks.
Unlock everything: Select Manage Profiles at the options menu, choose to create a new profile, enter Turco813 as a case-sensitive name and press Start. A message confirms correct entry.
Easy goals: When the view points down the ice, carry the puck from one side of the rink to the other as fast and as close to the opponent's net as possible, then tap Shoot quickly rather than using a power shot.
Better franchise team: In Franchise mode go to Front Office, then Rosters, select a dressed player and press A, choose Edit Player, press L to reach Attributes and set every skill to 99. Repeat for nine or ten skaters and both goalies, save the roster and turn off injuries.
