How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

ESPN NHL 2K5 has one profile-name cheat that opens the whole skybox, plus a hidden extra and a scoring trick.
All skybox bonuses: Enter LuvLeafs as a case-sensitive profile name. Everything in the skybox, from trophies to classic jerseys, will be unlocked.
Hidden skills competitions: Complete the skills competitions without using more than three continues in total, then hold Up while selecting the Skills Competition option to reveal more events.
Easy goal: When the goalie covers the puck for a face-off beside the net, aim the shot towards goal and press B instead of A as the puck is dropped. On breakaways, stay between the circles, cut sharply to either side and finish with a wrist shot or backhand.
