How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

New Legends on the original Xbox has no traditional cheat codes. Everything below is earned in-game, so here are the verified tips and secrets instead.
First boss tip: While fighting the first boss, keep running around the big racks in the arena to restore your health. Repeat this whenever your health runs low and the fight becomes much easier.
Defeating the Fire Boss: Save your magic for the Fire God. Use the Triple Winds weapon for cover against his fire shots, then activate the special attack with Y and X for lightning. When your magic runs out switch to the Ax Hammer and hit him with the quick B-button combo, retreating before he gets up. Hide under the walk ramps during his fire attacks and jump just before he lands.
Alternate cover easter egg: The insert sheet inside the New Legends case is double-sided with different front cover artwork, so you can flip it for an alternate box cover.
