NCAA March Madness 2004 Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

NCAA March Madness 2004 on Xbox has no traditional cheat codes. Everything below is a legitimate tip or exploit that works in the released game.
From NCAA to NBA: To submit your players to the NBA Draft, create a player, enter Dynasty mode and check the leaving players screen during the off-season.
Facing up the ball carrier: Hold the Right Analog-stick Down to drop into an aggressive defensive stance, then move freely with the Left Analog-stick.
Quick steal: As the other team is about to pass, guard the man you think they will pass to and keep tapping X. Your player will grab the ball as soon as it is thrown.
More effective defence: Use the 1-2-1-1 Full Court Press. Press Left for a defensive quickplay; if your team does not have it, pause the game, go to Playbook, then Defensive Quickplays, and choose it there.
Reliable three-point shooters: Play as Connecticut and use the SG wearing number 4 or the SF wearing number 33. They may miss the first few, but once they start hitting they will be on fire.
Created players on full teams: If a school's roster is full, go to Edit Players and edit someone already on the team instead. You will be a senior, but you get a year of play, and you can create a prospect before the season ends to keep going.
Easy wins: Go to the settings and push the three-point shot slider all the way up. You might still miss the odd one, but even your centres will start hitting them.
