How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Mortifilia, the title better known in most regions as ObsCure, has no cheat codes on Xbox. Everything below is earned by finishing the game.

| Hard mode | Clear the game. |
| Special mode | Clear the game. |
| Alternate costumes | Clear the game, then start a new game in special mode. Only characters who survived get an extra costume. |
| Morgenstern baseball bat | Clear the game, then start a new game in special mode. |
| Laser-sight pistol | Clear the game on normal or higher, then start a new game in special mode; the first gun you find has a laser sight. |
| Sum 41 and Span music videos | Clear the game. |
| Making of and behind the scenes videos | Clear the game. |
Costume tip: alternate outfits only appear for characters still alive at the end, so keep everyone breathing if you want the full set.
