Monopoly Party Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Monopoly Party has no cheat codes on Xbox. The strategies below are the best documented ways to beat the CPU on the hard setting and dominate normal games.
Defeating the CPU on hard: With two to four players, go to Custom Rules and set houses to 88 and apartments to 22. Turn the jackpot on, set the Landing On Go bonus to $400, pick Land On Free Parking and set the jackpot to $750. Use the classic view. In game, only buy properties you can complete a colour set of and avoid the railroads and utilities. Never bid more money than you have. Trade with the CPU, even offering cash, until you hold a set, then build houses on the cheapest streets first and work up to hotels. If the CPU has a lot of property and you land in jail, stay in as long as you can and keep collecting rent. Keep $100 to $200 spare as a safety net.
Best properties: Try to own all three orange properties plus Boardwalk and Park Place. The orange set gets landed on most often, while Boardwalk and Park Place charge the highest rents.
General tips: Buy all four railroads and pay whatever it takes to complete the set, because they pay off over a long game. Owning the whole side between Jail and Free Parking is also strong, as the cards that send players to St James's Place and New York Avenue keep traffic coming your way.
