How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Metal Slug 4 on Xbox has no button or password cheats. The extras below are all earned in-game or discovered as hidden secrets.
Alternative ending: After destroying the final Boss you enter a room where you must run from a wave of explosions. Instead of escaping, let the explosions kill you to see a different ending sequence.
Art gallery: Successfully complete the game to unlock that character's picture in the gallery. Finish it again with the other characters to fill the gallery.
Stuck as a zombie: On the zombie level, being turned into a zombie can leave you trapped behind an equipment crate, because zombies cannot crouch to destroy it. Wait out the 60 second timer and your character dies, then respawns as a human so you can carry on, at the cost of one life.
