How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Every cheat in Medal of Honor: Frontline on Xbox is a password typed into the Enigma machine in the options menu. A green light confirms correct entry, and each cheat can then be toggled under Bonus.

Golden Lion secret: In Needle in a Haystack, tip the piano player but do not go upstairs. Slip behind the bar, walk to the door with the guards beside it and press X. One guard tap dances while the drinker at the bar goes bananas.
Gold star tip: Finish a level with at least 75 percent health and roughly 95 percent of enemies killed to earn gold.
