Medal of Honor: European Assault Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

To enable cheats in Medal of Honor: European Assault on Xbox, pause the game, hold LT + RT and press B, B, Left, Y, B, A. Enter Cheat appears on screen, and the following codes can then be activated.
| Cheat | Code |
|---|---|
| God mode | White, Black, Y, White, LT, LT |
| Infinite ammunition | LT, Y, B, Up, A, A |
| Full adrenaline meter | B, Y, Right, X, A, X |
| Commit suicide | A, Y, B, Right, Y, B |
| Disable shellshock | White, RT, White, LT, Y, Y |
| Hide HUD | B, Down, B, Up, Y, B |
| Kill Nemesis | Down, White, LT, Up, X |
| Pick up OSS document | Up, A, Black, RT, Up, X Usage notes: God mode must be re-entered on every level and your own bazooka or grenade blasts can still kill you. The suicide code only works in single-player. Re-entering a code disables its effect. Free medkits: You receive a free medkit at the end of every level for each surviving member of your squad. Free revives: Completing every mission objective earns you a revive at the end of the mission. Hidden grenades in Escape to Dawn: When the Panzer smashes through the wall on the last level of the first attack, let it blow up the small houses. Grab the grenades inside them and keep throwing; you can destroy the Panzer entirely with grenades, it just takes a while. Nemesis boss strategy: Fill your adrenaline meter with head shots before reaching a Nemesis boss, then press Up when you see him for temporary invincibility and unlimited ammunition. Sniper rifles work at range, a Thompson or STG-44 works up close, and a rocket launcher does heavy damage (though adrenaline does not grant infinite rockets). Clear surrounding enemies first so you are not swarmed when the meter empties. Von Schrader's journal: On the last mission the journal is not in the bunker with Von Schrader. It sits in the trenches at the bottom of the steep hill, directly below one of the gun emplacements, near the tank destroyed by the planes. |
