Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Max Payne 2 on Xbox has just one real button code; everything else is earned by finishing the story on specific difficulty modes.
Unlock all modes and levels: At any point during gameplay (not paused) press X, X, X, A, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, X, X, A, Left, Right, Left, Right.
