How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders has no cheat codes, but it hides two bonus mini-games and several useful exploits.

Easy experience: on a mission where you earn an experience bonus, shown as the green score in the top left corner, quit to the world map instead of finishing. The bonus is kept as if you had completed the mission, so repeat the process for unlimited experience.
Early experience bonus: in Gerald's tutorial mission where archers first set things on fire, run your infantry to the king but leave the archers firing into Regnier's unit. They will slowly kill it for a huge experience payout before you continue to the retreat point.
Shop around: when upgrading equipment for leaders and officers during a campaign, check every character's list including your force's list, as one or two items are usually better than average. Loading a saved game re-randomises the shop stock.
Delete unwanted skills: if a skill will not delete, switch the leader's troop job to an infantry job first, since all units require melee, then remove the skills you do not want. No experience is refunded, so keep a backup save.
Elemental attacks: ice works on unarmoured orcs and humans, lightning on metal-clad troops and spearmen, poison stacks against elves, and curse drops enemy attack and defence to near zero. Fire is the best all-rounder as burning enemies cannot attack. Buy an elemental weapon early when playing Gerald, Lucretia or Kendal; Regnier can instead imbue his weapon with fire by spending SP, toggled by holding B in battle.
