How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Jet Set Radio Future has no cheat codes. Every character is unlocked in-game, either through the story or by earning Jet rankings in Test Run mode.
Test Run mode: Finish the game, then talk to RoBoy to unlock Test Run. The hidden characters below are unlocked by earning a Jet ranking on each course.

| Beat | Win the street race against Beat. |
| Boogie | Meet her at Kibogaoka Hill. |
| Clutch | Follow DJ Professor K's instructions to find him. |
| Combo | Complete Combo's challenge. |
| Cube | Beat the Noise Tanks in Sky-Dinosaurian Square, then outrace Cube in a City Rush at the Bottom Point of the Sewage Facility. |
| Garam | Complete Garam's challenges. |
| Jazz | Defeat Jazz in a City Rush at the future site of the Rokkaku Expo Stadium. |
| Rhyth | Find her on top of the Poison Jam warehouse in Rokkaku-dai Heights, then find her two more times. |
| Soda | Defeat Soda in a City Rush at Highway Zero. |
