How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Enter the following codes at the title screen of International Superstar Soccer 2.
Big Heads: Press Down, Right, Up, Left, A, B, Y, X, White, Black, Start, Back.
Flat Players: Click the Left Analog-stick twice, then click the Right Analog-stick twice, then press L, R, Black, White, B, A, Back, Start.
Winning the various cups also unlocks bonus teams.

| Brazil Legends team | Win the American Cup as Brazil. |
| England Legends team | Win the European Cup as England. |
| Holland Legends team | Win the European Cup as Holland. |
| African All-Stars team | Win the International Cup with an African team. |
| American All-Stars team | Win the International Cup with an American team. |
| Asian All-Stars team | Win the International Cup with an Asian team. |
| European All-Stars team | Win the International Cup with a European team. |
| World All-Stars team | Unlock every other All-Stars team, then win the International Cup with any team. |
