How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Halo: Reach has no button cheat codes on Xbox 360. Progress means earning credits to climb the rank ladder and buy armour in the Armoury, plus avatar awards, Bungie.net nameplates and a few hidden easter eggs.

Easy Carter helmet: Play to just before a mission's end on Legendary, save and quit at a checkpoint, then resume and finish the last stretch without dying to still earn the award.

Fly a Pelican: On New Alexandria in co-op, complete three objectives, then have one player hit the hidden green switch under the overhang near Club Errera. Fly through the gap near the top of the tall building to the south and your Falcon turns into a Pelican.
Club Errera: Hunt down the hidden switches on New Alexandria and the nightclub fills with dancing Brutes and Grunts under the lights.
