Galleon Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.
Galleon has no password screen on Xbox, but two well known secrets make the adventure much easier.
99 pistols: In the first stage, Akbar, there are four guest rooms in Areliano's house. Faith leads Rahma to the last one to continue the story, but a cheat can be done on the three other rooms first. From the stairs, open the doors of each numbered room a set number of times: first room, open 3 times and close 2; second room, open 6 times and close 5; third room, open 9 times and close 8. Go over the limit on any door and the code fails, forcing a restart from a checkpoint. Done correctly, a sword appears on Rahma's back and his inventory holds 99 pistols, which are kept for the rest of the game.
Secret sword: The secret sword is available after Jabez's betrayal. Once you reach his ship you can again explore the island. Go to the shop with the cannon outside, jump on the cannon then into the open window, and inside is a box with the secret sword.
