How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Family Guy has no button cheat codes on Xbox. Stewie's weapon upgrades unlock automatically as you collect Components, and the tips below cover the rest.

Hidden Components in the hospital: While playing as Stewie in the hospital level, jump on the pregnant women's stomachs. A baby flies out first, but keep jumping three or four more times and a Ray Gun Component pops out. Each woman hides exactly one Component.
Helen Keller level: Do not move at all. If you touch her you lose.
Spooner Street Soccer warning: After the Porta Potty section of Peter's mission, if the cops near the ice cream truck kill you during an autosave they will never respawn, leaving you stuck. Restart the level rather than risking it.
