How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel has no button cheat codes on Xbox. The characters and secret weapons below are all earned in game.

| Patty | Complete the first chapter. Her abilities are based on Nadia. |
| Rhombus | Complete the second chapter. His abilities are based on Cyrus. |
| Vault Dweller | Complete the game. |
Red Ryder BB Gun: Rescue every innocent during the raider attack on Carbon in Chapter 1, then talk to the Vault Dweller once you reach the warehouse. He rewards you with a customised BB Gun that never needs ammunition.
Meat Cannon: In the Los Bridge East chapter, take the leap of faith across the blackness near the save console to reach a hidden island. Kill the ghouls there and open the truck's footlockers for the Meat Cannon, a mortar that fires pre-loaded explosives and never runs out of ammo.
Slugger: In the Los shipyard docks, find the tiny alley behind the last sludge pool. A ghoul is trapped behind the fences at the far end; kill it with grenades or a rifle, then head back up the alley and kill the giant glowing ghoul that spawns to claim the Slugger bat.
