How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

F1 Career Challenge has no code entry on Xbox. Its rewards are the EA Game Cards, earned for feats during races.

| Beat Teammate | Finish ahead of your teammate in a race. |
| Clean Race | Keep the car in a clean state to the end of the race. |
| Cornering Multiplier | Take the selected corners perfectly. |
| Fastest Lap | Set the fastest lap of the race. |
| Grid Overtaking Multiplier | Overtake many cars at the start. |
| Hot Zone | Complete the hot zone in a fast time. |
| Lap Record | Beat the track lap record. |
| No Damage | Finish the race with no damage. |
| No Penalties | Finish the race with no penalties. |
| Outqualify Teammate | Start further up the grid than your teammate. |
| Overtaking Multiplier | Overtake several cars in a short space of time. |
| Win a Race | Win the race. |
Get a Nice Job: When you get your Super Licence, choose Arrows Team Racing as they are the fastest team. If you keep beating your boss' expectations you should be offered a job at BAR or Stewart within the first half of the first season, and by the middle of the second season you could be driving for McLaren.
Pit Stop Glitch: In multiplayer mode you can drive through the pits at full speed without stopping and you will not receive a penalty.
