How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has no cheat codes on Xbox 360, since the console commands are PC only. Everything below is a genuine in-game exploit or hint.
Easy Archery Skill: In Riverwood, ask the wood elf Faendal near the mill to follow you, then pay him to train Archery. Trade with him and take your gold back from his inventory, since it is not counted as stealing. Repeat as desired; the same works for any trainer who can also follow you. You can only buy five training levels per character level.
Joining The Dark Brotherhood: Ask the barkeeper in Riverwood's inn about rumours to learn of a boy summoning the Dark Brotherhood, then travel to Windhelm and find the orphan Aventus Aretino. He asks you to kill Grelod the Kind in Riften's orphanage. Afterwards sleep in any bed and you will be kidnapped by Astrid. Kill one of the three captives, then answer the sanctuary door with Silence, My Brother to join.
Dragon Tomb Locations: Use a shout in front of a guard, a harmless one works fine, and a courier will later deliver a letter from a friend revealing the location of another dragon tomb.
Bleak Falls Barrow Puzzles: For the first rotating-pillar gate, set the symbols to Snake, Snake, Dolphin. For the deeper claw door, the combination on the Golden Claw is Bear, Owl, Bird from top to bottom.
Easy Armour And Spell Levelling: Set the difficulty to Novice and let a weak one-handed enemy hit you while you heal. This levels the armour you are wearing plus Restoration, and can raise Illusion too.
Easy Sneak Levelling: In Helgen's keep at the start, hide in the crevice behind the small rock pile near the sleeping bear and keep sneaking against it. The bear only moves if it detects you, so Sneak rises for as long as you hold it.
Easy Experience: In Riverwood, enter Alvor and Sigrid's house and wait until Hadvar goes to sleep upstairs. Sneak-attack him repeatedly, since he cannot be killed at this point, to grind weapon skill.
Oblivion Easter Eggs: In the Dawnstar museum, a locked display case holds a yellowing page bearing the Oblivion symbol; cast a spell on it to turn it into a bucket. In the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary, Cicero's journals mention killing an Arena Champion while posing as a crazed fan, a nod to Oblivion's Adoring Fan.
