How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes has a proper cheat screen. During gameplay, hold the left trigger and press Y and A to open the cheat box, then type a password. For item codes, press Accept repeatedly to receive more copies.

Duplicate items: In a two-player game, save your character, drop the item you want to copy and leave. Rejoin with your saved character and pick the item up to keep both.
Max abilities: Find a stat book granting 5, 10, 20 or 50 points, drop it, save and exit, then reload your character. The book is duplicated; repeat to build a pile of books, then read them all to max out your abilities. The same trick works on HP and MP potions.
Virtually weightless: Load up on strength-boosting gear and fill your inventory to the weight limit. Open the cheat console, create heavy items such as Tomes of Lessons with PAQUIN, then drop them; spawned items never added to your burden, so the game reports you carrying nothing while you hold everything.
