Deus Ex: The Invisible War Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

No button cheat codes exist for the Xbox version of The Invisible War. What it does have is a famous Easter egg level, a couple of glitches and a set of unique hidden weapons, all listed below.
Secret Party Level: On Liberty Island, go into the underground UNATCO ruins and pick up the UN flag in the destroyed office. Carry it to James Manderley's office from the first game, drop the flag in the bathroom and flush the toilet to warp to the secret wrap-party level.
Bleeding chair glitch: In Upper Seattle, in the room where the guard asks you to pay for a pass, a chair sits directly under the security camera. Attack it with a gun or melee weapon and it bleeds.
Extra candy and soda: While hacking a vending machine, keep tapping X just before the hack finishes. A second hacking screen appears and you hack the machine again for another item. It does not work on ATMs.
| Weapon | Location |
|---|---|
| Toxin Blade (combat knife) | Upper Seattle, Emerald Suites apartment 2225, under the bed pillow. Blinds enemies on a stab. |
| Red Greasel Hunter (pistol) | Lower Seattle sewers, on the dead Omar guarded by karkians. Stronger, with red-light secondary fire. |
| Hellfire Boltcaster | New Cairo on the first visit, Medina, inside the Nassif Greenhouse. From the hydroponics balcony, cross the planks to a ledge and climb the vent into a hidden room. |
| Assassin Pistol | Trier, Der Blutende Rabe curio shop above the Nine Worlds Tavern, behind junk in the back corner. More damage and range, with a scope alt-fire. |
| Dragon Tooth Sword (energy blade) | Antarctica, JC Denton's fortress, Maggie Chow's apartment, on top of the bookcase. |
| Widowmaker SMG | New Cairo on the second visit, Arcology level 107 maintenance tunnel, on a dead SSC guard past the arcing electricity. Fires a spiderbomb as secondary fire. |
