How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Dead or Alive Ultimate bundles remakes of DOA1 and DOA2. There are no button codes, but the games are packed with hidden characters, costumes and extras unlocked as follows.

Extra costumes: Story Mode unlocks costumes for the main cast, while Hitomi, Bayman and Tengu earn theirs in Time Attack. Each listing shows the costume numbers unlocked at that difficulty. Kasumi gets C3 to C7 on Easy, C8 to C15 on Normal and C16 to C20 on Hard. Ayane, Lei Fang and Hitomi follow the same pattern, with Helena on C8 to C11 and C12 to C13, Tina on C8 to C14 and C15 to C16, and Hitomi ending at C14 on Hard. Gen Fu, Zack, Jann Lee, Bass, Leon, Ein, Bayman and Hayabusa unlock C3 to C4 on Easy and up to C5 to C9 on Normal. Tengu unlocks C3 on Easy.
Unlock everything: In Survival Mode, defeated foes drop items. Collect each fighter's three unique items plus the four generic items and the medal dropped after your 50th survival win to fill the first collection page, then gather the rare item for each of the 15 fighters on the second page. Completing the collection unlocks every costume, the CG Gallery and the DOA3 Booster Pack.
DOA3 Booster Pack: Once unlocked, the booster appears as a ninja star on the main menu and installs a batch of extra costumes into a Dead or Alive 3 save.
Bouncier physics: Go to Settings, Game Settings, then Others and raise the Your Age value to 99. Higher ages make the fighters bouncier.
Unlockable announcers: Complete Exercise Mode in Sparring to add more voices. Only Kasumi, Ayane, Tengu and Ein can be unlocked as announcers.
Alternate arenas and hair: Press X or Black while selecting a stage to alter the arena, and press White or Black while selecting a character to change their hairstyle.
Costume variants: While picking certain costumes for Kasumi and Lei Fang, pressing Y, X, A, White or Start swaps details such as hairstyle and underwear colour. For Kasumi the buttons give a low ponytail, high ponytail, loose hair, braid and loose hair respectively; for Lei Fang most buttons give variations of her braid and loose hair.
DOA1 replay control: After winning a round but before the replay, hold down the Hold and Kick buttons. Fast forward and rewind icons appear; hold Kick to rewind and release it to let the replay run.
DOA1 win poses: Hold Hold plus Punch, Punch plus Kick, or Hold plus Punch plus Kick as a round ends to pick the win pose. A fourth pose plays if you win unharmed.
DOA1 extra options: Unlock Danger Bounce by entering DOA as your initials, Ring Size by completing Arcade Mode once, and Fighting Order by finishing Time Attack in under 5 minutes. Find them all in the Extra Config screen.
DOA1 Raidou and costumes: Complete Arcade Mode with every character on default settings to unlock Raidou, and repeat Arcade runs on default to unlock up to six extra outfits per character, chosen with Up or Down on the question mark.
