How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Cold Fear has no cheat codes on Xbox. Two bonuses are unlocked by completing the game, and the final boss has a specific trick to it.

Final boss fight: When the final boss walks towards Anna, hit his back with the AK47 or MP5 to get his attention. As he rushes you, run away at an angle, then cut perpendicular to his path at the last second. Repeat at least four times while Anna sets the charges. After the cut scene, switch to the .45 pistol and use the same dodging strategy, but run towards his left side so his claw attack misses and he grabs Tom instead. Up close, repeatedly press the action button (red button on Xbox) to fill the action gauge, then press fire to shoot him at point blank range. Do this three times to finish him.
