Championship Manager 5 Cheats
How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

Championship Manager 5 has no cheat codes on Xbox, but there is a transfer exploit worth knowing and plenty of recommended signings for every budget.
Get any player for free: Pick the player you want and choose Make Offer under Actions on his profile. Offer a loan at 100 percent wages for one month, and if he joins on loan move him into the youth squad, then choose Actions and Approach to Sign and he will sign on a free transfer.
Cheap quality players: When managing in a lower league, scout the Spanish non-league teams for good players at low prices. If the selling club cancels the deal because its squad is too small, offer some of your youth players in exchange.
Top range keeper: With about £14 to 16 million to spend, Timo Hildebrand of VfB Stuttgart is recommended, and his skills rival those of Petr Cech at Chelsea.
Dream team: Petr Cech (Chelsea), Carles Puyol (Barcelona), Ashley Cole (Arsenal), Rio Ferdinand (Man Utd), Alessandro Nesta (AC Milan), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Pablo Aimar (Valencia), Joaquin (Real Betis), Arjen Robben (Chelsea), Thierry Henry (Arsenal), Ronaldinho (Barcelona).

Young players worth the money: Moreau, Steven Watt, Tobias Rau, Anthony Vanden Borre, Vincent Kompany, Tom Huddlestone, Diego, Cristiano Ronaldo, Manuel Fernandes, Robinho, Derek Riordan.
