How to use these cheats
Button names refer to the Xbox controller — A, B, X, Y, the LB/RB bumpers, LT/RT triggers and the D-pad. Unless told otherwise, enter codes from the pause or options menu, or while playing. Some cheats disable achievements for that save — keep a separate save before you start.

The Xbox release is Bloody Roar Extreme, and it has no button codes. Everything below is unlocked by finishing Arcade mode repeatedly or beating special opponents.

| Kohryu | Win four consecutive rounds in Arcade mode, defeat him when he appears, then finish the mode. |
| Uranus | Reach round 16 of Survival mode and defeat her. |
| Fang | Finish Arcade mode with every character including Uranus and Kohryu, then keep picking Random until Fang appears, and finish Arcade mode as him to keep him. |

| Chaos Lab | Defeat Uranus in Survival mode. |
Fast unlock trick: Set autosave on and team members to 5, then start a versus team battle and quit as soon as the match begins. Repeating this around 25 times unlocks the characters and stages without finishing Arcade mode.
